Job Specification – Internal Sales Position (CVs to HR by 14 th April 2026)

Based in Johannesburg

Job Purpose:

To assist sales consultants and management with admin and production issues

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• To sell and promote the company products and assist the sales staff.
• Good customer relations, willing to assist customers and develop relationships with all our clients.
• Assist with all customer queries, sort out problems or ensure deadlines are met.
• Keeping track of all orders and their progress. Inform customers of the progress or any problems that will affect their orders.
• Quotations – Process quotations on SFA and keep quotations and forecasting up to date.
• Processing of Sales Orders, Pro-Forma Invoices and Invoicing on Sage Evolution.
• Returns, follow ups, Filing, Maintenance calls, Samples, switchboard duties. ...
