What You’ll Be Doing 

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Internal Sales Representatives. 

• Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and achievement of individual and team targets. 

• Ensure outstanding customer service delivery across all touchpoints. 

• Be hands-on – jump on the phones and emails during peak periods or when the team needs backup. 

• Review sales calls, identify training needs, and ensure consistent messaging and service standards. 

• Support interstate sales teams in NSW and Victoria with guidance, insights, and occasional travel. 

• Analyse sales data, uncover trends, and identify new opportunities to boost performance.
