Responsibilities

• Interact with customers over the phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Ask questions and gather information about clients’ projects.
• Take quotation enquiries and develop rapport with clients.
• Upsell products where possible.
• Think on your feet and demonstrate sound knowledge when called upon.

Qualifications

• Experience working within the construction supplies / builders merchants industry.
