Internal Sales Engineer

The Role

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the internal sales engineer will respond to telephone and email enquiries from existing and potential customers, provide suitable quotations and process orders. The role involves familiarising with a wide range of often technical products; basic technical background is advantageous but not required, as full initial training and ongoing support will be provided. Products are exported worldwide; additional language skills are welcome but not necessary. The role is based at the Yeadon, Leeds factory, offering free parking and electric vehicle charging. Working hours are 08:30-17:00 Mon- Fri with one hour lunch; flexible scheduling is possible.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Reasonable computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a technical sales environment is beneficial but not essential.
