An established electrical wholesaler is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join their Canberra-based team. This role is key to supporting trade customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high level of service across phone, email, and counter interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound sales enquiries and process customer orders accurately
• Provide product advice and technical support to electricians and trade customers
• Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
