Internal Project Manager

• Facilitate planning projects, confirming scope, uncovering of requirements, and managing change. Monitor & track project progress against the budget, timelines and quality.
• Participate in the tracking of testing & deployment activities, including Third-party vendor management.
• Provide detailed project plans, budget forecasts, and schedules, deployment approach, work activities, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies for each assigned project.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Manages cross-team and cross-functional dependencies for the team.
• Coaches and mentors team member adoption of agile methodology.
• Assists the Product Owner in keeping the backlog groomed.
• Works with other scrum masters to ensure ways of working are consistent across teams where possible.
• Works with Program Management in managing risks & raising of impediments.
