Internal Medicine Physician

Hospital Medicine locum tenens opportunity with an established inpatient team at a growing acute care hospital.

OnCall Solutions is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians interested in ongoing coverage - Licensed in Washington, DC.

Position Highlights:

• Day and night shifts available
• Closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist coverage
• No procedures required (optional if credentialed and comfortable)
• Collaborative team environment with physician and APP support
• Hospitalists oversee APP supervision
• Oracle Health (Cerner) EMR
• Average daily census of approximately 41 patients
• Approximately 9 admissions per day
• Average length of stay of 4.6 days

Staffing Model:

• 2 Day Physicians rounding and admissions
• 1 Night Physician admissions and cross coverage
• 1 APP rounding and admissions
