- Geriatric patient population - Value Based Care model
- Outpatient only setting with no hospital responsibilities
- Only see an average of 12-14patients per day
- Ample time allotted for each patient
- Congenial office staff
- No Call and No Weekends
- Excellent compensation $300,000+ total first year earnings
