Clinical Details :
* Work Setting: Clinic
* Age range of patient population: 65+
* Average patients per day: 12
* Support Staff: Medical Assistant works one to one with physician, two Registered Nurses, a Clinic Administrator and a variety of other support staff
* EMR: EClinicalWorks
Requirements :
* Will consider non-local providers, and reimburse for travel
* Managed care experience a plus
* MD/DO degree from accredited medical school and residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Current and Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Florida
* Current and Unrestricted DEA certificate
* Board eligible or board certified
* If eligible, able to achieve and maintain certification within 2 years
