Facility in Cambridge Massachusetts is searching for a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics Physician

• Open to Physicians Only
• Provide comprehensive primary care to PACE participants
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Coordinate care with nursing, social work, and therapy staff
• Document care in the electronic medical record
• Smaller patient panels due to high patient complexity
• Work at a Long Term Care Facility

SUPPORT STAFF

• APP and Physician coverage: Yes
• EMR: Epic and PointClickCare. Epic training and coding training required

MAX BILL RATES: $214 (VMS fee taken out)

ACTIVE MA LICENSE REQUIRED

FLU VACCINATION REQUIRED - NO EXCEPTIONS/WAIVERS NOT ACCEPTED
