- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-4:00 PM
- Open to part-time or full-time coverage

- Medicare and Medicaid ID
Requirements
- Board: Board Certified
- Licenses: New York license
- Clean malpractice/background
- Local candidates - Preferred
- Will consider travel for locum to perm or eventual relocation
