A growing group in Chicago is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their team. 
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Full or part-time schedule
- The clinic is located in a predominantly Hispanic and Polish community; Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish is required
- Clinic hours are M-F 8a-5p with rotating call among providers
- Cover one Saturday every four weeks working from 9a to 2p
- See patients 18 years and older
- Family Medicine providers can choose with or without OB coverage
