Internal Medicine Physician

• Full-time Concierge / Executive Medicine Physician (1.0 FTE; 8 half-days/week)
• Faculty appointment within a practice expanding from 4 to 5 physicians
• Individual physician-owned patient panels of approximately 200 patients
• Established, long-standing physician model
• Outpatient internal medicine: 2 6 patients per day; minute physicals
• Robust support team: LVNs, Social Worker, Front Office Staff, referral coordinator
• 1 2 fully blocked half days per month dedicated to teaching/precepting
• Call rotation: Every 5 weeks (Monday AM to Monday AM)
• Integrative medicine component with support for evidence based integrated approaches
