Internal Medicine Physician

• Full-time adult medicine physician role within a concierge, membership-based primary care practice

• Small patient panel with highly personalized, relationship-based care

• See approximately 38 patients per day in person, with ample time for complex care, counseling, and coordination

• Potential dual clinical and leadership role serving as Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer for the Adult Medicine service line

• Blend of direct patient care, operational leadership, quality oversight, and educational initiatives

• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered primary care to adult patients, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness treatment, and health education
