Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a full-time Adult Med Nurse Practitioners to join fantastic team in Edgewater.
* Assess patient's health by performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories and creating the best plan for care.
* Effectively communicate with clinical and administrative staff across various internal platforms
* Provide high quality, patient centered care to all patients
* Develop impressions, diagnosis, and treatment plans
* Foster a trusting relationship with patients, families, and caregivers during visits
* Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary
* Prescribe medications supplies and appropriate medically necessary interventions
* See a range of 25-30 patients per day, both in-person and virtually
* Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (9:00 am - 6:00 pm), Friday (9:00 am - 3:00 pm)
* Work alongside an internal medicine physician, and a dedicated administrative and clinical staff
