                Geriatrics / FM / IM Physician Job - Tarboro, North Carolina Licenses & Qualifications BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics - REQUIRED 
Geriatric fellowship training - Preferred, not required  
Position Overview Join a large multispecialty practice  with 32 providers and 12 specialties/subspecialties
Split schedule: 2.5 days  in outpatient clinic
2 days  providing nursing home care 
Work within a Patient-Centered Medical Home 
NHSC-approved site (loan repayment eligible )
Team includes Physician, NP, and RN 
EMR:  EPIC (system-wide integration)
