Internal Medicine - Geriatrics Physician

We are seeking a full-time Physician specializing in Geriatrics and Extended Care with Hospice/Palliative Care certification. In this role, you will provide thorough evaluations, accurate diagnoses, and expert consultations in Hospice and Palliative care.

Palliative Care Duties-
Duties Include but not limited to the following:

• Admission of patients to the Palliative Care Unit (PCU).
• Providing Hospice and Palliative care evaluation, diagnosis and consultation
• Ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing medication, and provision of services to provide palliation therapy
