Role and Facility Information

Chilliwack General Hospital is seeking two General Internists to join our team. The successful candidate will have a solid background in all aspects of General Internal Medicine, with an emphasis on acute care cardiology and critical care. The general internists share access to exercise treadmill testing, ECG and Holter interpretation, and participate in the in‑hospital GIM rapid access clinic and graduated care clinic. Team‑based health care is emphasized with inter-disciplinary rounds in both the ICU and general wards required while on inpatient services. Participation in a city of Hope outreach program is also expected.

Chilliwack General Hospital is a 131 bed, University of BC affiliated community hospital offering medical, surgical, obstetrics, psychiatry, and a regional eye centre, as well as 24/7 emergency services with 60,585 visits annually.
