Internal Logistics Manager

Responsibilities

• Have responsibility for internal material handling flow and lead the team to ensure safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement.
• Own the internal logistics fleet (FLTs, pallet movers, yard trucks), including maintenance, contracts, optimization, costs, and user competence.
• Be responsible for material handling automation and the continuous development of systems (AGV-s).
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to coordinate material flow and stock management.
• Maintain a data‑driven approach to performance management through KPIs, root‑cause analysis, and continuous operational improvement.
• Account for departmental budgeting, procurement, and overall cost and resource efficiency.
• Lead the development of material handling processes, productivity, 5S, housekeeping, and a positive, safe working environment.
