Responsibilities

• Oversee internal material handling flow and lead the team to ensure safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement.
• Own internal logistics fleet (FLTs, pallet movers, yard trucks), including maintenance, contracts, optimisation, costs and user competence.
• Manage material handling automation and continuously develop AGV systems.
• Coordinate material flow and stock management with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Employ a data‑driven approach to performance management through KPIs, root‑cause analysis and continuous operational improvement.
• Account for departmental budgeting, procurement and overall cost and resource efficiency.
• Lead the development of material handling processes, productivity, 5S, housekeeping and maintain a positive, safe working environment.
