Internal Engagement and Events Partner

We’re looking for an Internal Engagement and Events Partner to join Forge Holiday Group on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract – this is not your typical internal comms or events role.

This is for someone who thinks big, moves fast, and genuinely loves creating moments that make people feel connected, energized and proud to work where they do.

• Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
• Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
• Location: Chester HQ - Hybrid working
• Report To: Head of Employee Experience
• Team: People & Culture
• Working Pattern: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am until 5:30pm
