Your Role
We are looking for a Senior Internal Communications Manager for a fixed-term assignment covering consecutive parental leave periods. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, drive strategic internal communications and later transition into a broader Employee Communications Manager role.
In the initial phase, you will lead and manage strategic, employee, and change communications in close collaboration with executive leadership and business management teams. You will play a key role in strengthening employee engagement and supporting the execution of the business strategy.
In a later phase, the role will transition into a broader Employee Communications Manager position, with responsibility for internal digital channels, group-wide communication initiatives, and strategy-related internal events.
