Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Internal Communications

• Own and execute the internal communications strategy in alignment with business priorities, leadership messaging, and organizational initiatives.
• Partner with leadership, HR, and Corporate Marketing to translate company strategy, transformations, and key initiatives into clear, compelling internal narratives.
• Ensure major organizational programs, change initiatives, and projects are communicated effectively to drive understanding, adoption, and engagement.

Newsletter & Content Publishing

• Lead the planning, creation, and publishing of the company’s internal newsletter(s), including editorial calendars, story sourcing, and performance tracking.
