Short Intro and About the Job

【PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE】
Lead the development and execution of internal communication strategies to enhance employee understanding, alignment, and engagement.
Act as a bridge between leadership and employees, promoting transparency and fostering a strong corporate culture.

【Main responsibilities】

• Develop plans to effectively communicate corporate vision, strategy, and transformation initiatives to employees (for both Nakameguro Headquarters and Tatebayashi Plant).
• Manage communications related to employee surveys, analyze results, and communicate improvement actions.
• Plan and execute internal events such as the New Year Convention and Town Hall Meetings.

• Create newsletters, intranet content, videos, and materials for town hall meetings.
• Provide messaging support for leaders and handle Q&A.
