Role Overview

We are seeking an Internal Buyer/Purchaser for a part-time contract role, approximately 20 hours per week. The position involves managing internal production purchasing needs, transitioning purchasing responsibilities from the finance group to operations. The ideal candidate will handle the end-to-end purchasing process, from processing purchase orders to vendor communication and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and manage credit card transactions.
  • Execute purchases through various portals, such as Amazon, and share tracking details.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding delays, issues, or order status.
  • Perform end-of-month reconciliation for the finance department.
  • Manage the purchasing process to support internal production.
