Internal and External Testing Manager

Internal and External Testing Manager – responsible for testing strategy, governance, and end‑user acceptance for the CSD Convergence Programme at Euronext Securities.

Responsibilities

• Test strategy and governance: define and own the overall testing strategy covering UAT and EUA, establish governance frameworks, acceptance criteria, gates and sign‑off models across all CSDs, markets and releases.
• Automation and AI: implement tools to secure quality and efficiency, ensuring alignment with the programme roadmap and strategic objectives.
• Programme oversight: oversee UAT and EUA planning across all workstreams, ensuring consistency, completeness and alignment; coordinate resourcing and governance structures; monitor progress, identify dependencies, bottlenecks and risks, and propose solutions.
