DRIVE THE RECONDITIONING PROCESS – WHAT YOU’LL OWN
+ Partner with Sales and Service leadership to execute departmental goals, processes, and performance standards
+ Perform intake inspections and create estimates for all trade-ins and auction purchases
+ Identify and verify open recall campaigns using NHTSA tools
+ Manage the full reconditioning lifecycle with a target turnaround time of 72 hours to lot-ready
