Intern, Technology Risk

Responsibilities

• Work extensively with Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Process Owners to facilitate self-assessment activities to promote continuous improvement and the best practices
• Work closely with the Tech Risk Specialist in control testing, identify gaps and provide recommendations for remediation
• Oversee IT incident reporting process and ensure IT incidents are properly documented
• Assist Tech Risk Specialist in the review of Business Continuity Plans
• Coordinate IT regulatory inspections and external audit engagement
• Perform User Access review, data massaging and establish user access matrix, together with Tech Risk Specialist
• Leads effort in awareness training, phishing exercises, monthly awareness articles to foster strong IT risk culture in 1st line of defence.
