Intern – Supply Chain Technology

JOB
PURPOSE

The Intern –
Supply Chain Technology will support the team in maintaining
systems, assisting with technical projects, and providing basic
technical support to internal teams. This role will give exposure
to system integration, testing, and working with vendors, airlines,
insurance companies, and clients under the guidance of senior
staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.
OPERATIONAL & EXECUTION

• Assist in
managing aviation and tourism systems (e.g., ticketing systems,
airline B2B portals, GDSs such as Sabre, Amadeus, TravelPort, and
OBTs such as Swift, Plover).

• Help with system
testing (UAT, QAT) and basic
troubleshooting.

2.
TASK & TIME MANAGEMENT

• Organize daily
tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Provide
progress updates and flag potential delays
early.
