Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring architectural and technical progress from Building Plan Submission

through Tender, SPA, and Construction stages in line with MIP.
- Support coordination among consultants, contractors, and internal departments throughout

all project phases.
- Ensure consistency between BPA, SPA, Tender, and Construction drawings and

specifications.
- Help track submission programs and verify that drawings are sufficiently detailed for each

project phase.
- Support document control, project timeline tracking, and reporting tasks.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment

related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent.
