**Key Responsibilities**

+ Entering supplier orders into the ERP system in line with existing forecasts and price lists
+ Managing purchase order confirmations and procurements on specified delivery dates
+ Contacting suppliers to request advances or reminders regarding the delivery of materials ordered
+ Report on KPIs related to non-compliance and adherence to contractual lead times
+ Evaluating, together with the Supply Chain team, any proposals to change the terms and conditions of suppliers
