Responsibilities

• Initiate and perform Building Maintenance, Sustaining Maintenance, and Preventive Maintenance activities as scheduled.
• Conduct inspections, monitoring, and evaluation to utilize all facilities machines and equipment with minimum breakdown and full efficiency.
• Initiate and monitor cost‑reducing initiatives for facilities such as power, water, air, etc., by attending to and fixing any plant discrepancies.
• Recommend steps to improve equipment usage, handling, installation, or function to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Provide unlimited support to production by ensuring machines and equipment are in good condition, reliable, and exceed the quality expectations of internal and external customers.
• Perform effective troubleshooting of minor or major machine failures or breakdowns in a short period of time.
