+ Support the Head of Operations & Technology in driving key venture initiatives and tracking progress
+ Improve and standardise core processes (e.g. project governance, supplier management, product workflows)
+ Analyse data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
+ Prepare clear, executive-level materials (presentations, dashboards, decision packs)
+ Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-through
+ Contribute directly to venture execution by owning specific workstreams and improving ways of working
