• Works closely with the respective team managers and other related departments to ensure guests’ requests are followed through.
• Handle various equipment.
• Perform administrative duties as requested.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Process guest requests and, if the request is not directly related to his/her area of capacity, the request must be owned and forwarded to the appropriate department.
• Attend scheduled departmental meetings and daily briefings as required.
