Intern (Logistics)

• Assist in preparing quotations and checking rates with suppliers (freight, transport, warehousing, etc.)
• Support follow‑up with customers on quotations and shipment status
• Assist in coordinating shipments with warehouse, transport, and operations team
• Handle basic customer inquiries and escalates when necessary
• Assist in monitoring shipment progress to ensure smooth delivery
• Update records and data entry in internal systems (e.g. Smart Freight System)
• Assist in preparing costing sheets and reports
• Support stock monitoring and coordination with warehouse team (if required)
• Assist in administrative tasks and any duties assigned by supervisor

Note: This internship program is conducted on a rotation basis, where interns will gain exposure across multiple departments such as Customer Service, Transportation, Insurance & Operations.
