**What you will do**

+ Develop ways to extract information from current systems to support operational decisions
+ Optimize and develop the MS ACCESS database, or suggest technology that may better serve the needs of the warehouse
+ Create and optimize MS EXCEL templates supporting the operational needs
+ Support with updating SOPs by using the Dozuki app
+ Support with Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
+ Support with process data analysis
+ Communicate with different stakeholders to support the implementations
