Intern - IT Support (6/12 months) H/F

In the frame of Amundi Luxembourg, we are looking for a 6-12 months IT support intern (part-time or full-time):
Assignments:
Under the supervision of his/her tutor in Amundi Luxembourg, the intern will be responsible of:
Joining the IT team on infrastructure & support tasks:
Understand the user questions and respond with supportive & openminded solutions
Dive into helpdesk challenges autonomously to find a solution, optionally consulting the Luxembourg peers or the expert teams
Provide user guidelines for self-aid
Complete IT knowledge base with solutions identified
Share innovation with the team improving existing processes
Prepare and share Teams-based surveys
Setup (automated) reports on statistics available or on the current situation
Maintain the existing infrastructure and software environment by the user's needs
Implement new components following the dynamic of the IT landscape on the Finance industry
