Responsibilities

+ Supporting local IT team in daily IT operations and end-user support activities

+ Assisting with the preparation, installation, and configuration of laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other IT equipment

+ Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes

+ Helping maintain IT asset inventory and ensuring data accuracy

+ Assisting in troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues under the supervision of experienced IT specialists

+ Supporting documentation updates, process descriptions, and knowledge base articles

+ Participating in IT infrastructure and workplace technology projects
