Intern - Information Technology

1. Provide basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and email issues
2. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
3. Support user account management (email, system access, password resets)
4. Assist in monitoring and maintaining network connectivity and office systems
5. Help document IT procedures, asset inventories, and user guides
6. Support cybersecurity best practices, including antivirus updates and data backup processes
7. Assist with IT-related projects as assigned by the IT team
8. Coordinate with vendors or service providers when required
