- Support in monthly reports
- Update of project information
- Creation of databases
- Support in changes and observations
- Support in collecting signatures for letters
- Gather invoices, review tax data and requirements
- Collect supporting documentation for expenses (xml, proof of payment, SAT validation, clearings, PO, import request etc).
- Support in equipment inventory
- Labeling of equipment related to PPP projects
- Photograph and location of the equipment related to PPP projects
- Collection of indicator documentation
- Physical and digital files of the projects
