Description

This project supports the Enclosure Attach (EA) automation rollout at MMP by strengthening enablement readiness, improving EA utilization visibility, and reducing execution risk. The internship focuses on establishing structured tracking for EA utilization, training and certification readiness, and cross‑functional enablement actions. Through data consolidation, gap tracking, and clear reporting, the project aims to enable a smoother and more controlled EA automation deployment.

Scope

• Track EA line utilization performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor EA operator and technician training and certification readiness
• Consolidate enablement data into structured trackers and dashboards (e.g., Excel)
• Improve execution visibility by tracking gaps, actions, and follow‑ups across EA lines
• Support preparation of periodic summaries for operations and management reviews
