Intern, Cloud Operations

Position Objective:

Cloud Operations Intern will provide day to day support to Cloud Operation Core Team including but not limited to incident, change, request. This role focuses on leveraging azure services and performing administration tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Cloud Infrastructure Monitoring

• Monitoring on Alerts from Dynatrace tool. Intern will be guided to remediate low level incident with predefined remediation steps to follow. If issue arise, escalate to Manager.

• Handle basic operational tickets & task assigned by Snr Manager like change ticket creation, vulnerability remediation, execute standard low risk changes.

• Intern will be trained to assist to create change tickets for Patching activity or other request for change.
