Job Responsibilities
- Work with interior Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders on the update of brand standards and design guidelines
- Compile and create technical benchmark for Student Accommodation projects
- Review and refine ISO procedures for management contracts and turnkey projects
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in Australia and Middle East
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- Strong flair for designs and aesthetics
- Analytical & detailed individual with strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch-up
- Ability to commit full-time for at least 3 months
