Intern - Admin

• Support in preparation of quotations, proposals, and technical documents for clients.
• Assist with inventory management and documentation (updating records, filing test reports, etc.).
• Assist in checking incoming orders and delivery of goods to ensure smooth supply chain
• Any other ad-hoc tasks provided by leader

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree student in Business Admin, Supply chain, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or other related field.
• Basic knowledge of process instrumentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
