Intern (Accounts)

Job Overview
Reporting to the Senior Finance Executive, the Accounts Intern is to provide support in all aspects of the accounting function of the company. Core responsibilities:
Support in year-end and monthly closing, reconciliation, preparation of financial statements, GST reporting, cash flow and year-end audit. Help to handle data entry of accounts payable and receivable functions. Prepare schedules for external auditors during year-end audit, support Supervisor in suppliers and customers on billing and payment matters. Assist in dataentry for indirect procurement and preparing purchase orders. Assist in observing and verifying inventory count and reconciliation. Support and make active contributions to productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives across all departments (as and when required).
