Job Description

Responsible for supplier tax setup, documentation requirements and support other tasks under Global AP Team.
Supplier tax and bank account set-up and 1099 compliance
Assists in W8/W9 clean-up and reconciling items
Assists in Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing such as monitoring of tasks or checklist
Assists in the audit requirements/schedules (. financial, SOX, PWC, 
Roamer to help out in other areas within the group
Accountancy- College Level
Familiar with Windows applications. Excellent Excel skills preferred
Effective and strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
