To complete the load booking and dispatching processes through all of the interchanges according to customer expectations to ensure their needs are met timeously.

Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. Build carrier relationships. Communicate changes to the Logistics Coordinator teams, ensuring best carrier match to customer requirements. Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels. Make transport arrangements, track and fix transport errors, and ensure that the quality of all services provided are up to standard. Communicate tracing information (ETA and appointment) to the customer. Plan loadouts and allocate loads to specific transporters keeping vessels and stack dates in mind.
