Intermediate to Senior Estimator

Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, innovative and creative senior estimator who’s comfortable working in the consulting engineering industry. You'll actively participate in meeting the growing demands of our clients. As a team member, you'll be responsible for tracking changes and estimating direct and indirect project costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop multidisciplinary estimates using engineering data, material quantity take-offs and/or scope of work documentation
• Organize estimates based on the work breakdown structure and established cost coding
• Calculate hourly labour rates, productivity factors and indirect costs
• Develop pricing for local raw materials such as aggregates and concrete, and update pricing for key bulk materials in the estimating model to ensure alignment with the project location and currency
• Supervise and review the work of junior estimators
