Intermediate Scrum Master

Leads Agile Development squads with autonomy and accountability across a number of projects/platforms.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Supports 1-2 teams on a single backlog (AMS or PSS)
+ Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different projects, different cultures, co located vs. distributed, etc).
+ Coaches different levels of hierarchy through agile principles & practices
+ Conducts Agile Events, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
+ Educates the squads on the adoption of Agile practices and identifies Agile Team improvement opportunities.- Focuses squads on value creation
+ Identifies obstacles to team/s performance; facilitates resolution and escalates where necessary
+ Actively participates in sprints and partners with Product Owners to enable the delivery of prioritized features- Reinforces target agile behaviors
