Intermediate Mechanical Engineer

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in a relatable engineering environment.
• Sound understanding of fabrication, boiler making/welding, and precision machining.
• Excellent organizational, planning & time management skills.
• Advanced knowledge and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, such as Word, Excel, and Teams.
• A sound understanding of 3D CAD packages, in particular SolidWorks, would be advantageous.
• A sound understanding of FEA Software, in particular SolidWorks Simulation and/or Abaqus, would be advantageous.
• A sound understanding of Engineering Calculations Software, in particular Mathcad, MATLAB or similar, would be advantageous.
• Exposure to ASME VIII, API and Class Rules (ABS & DNV) in respect of design and manufacture would be advantageous.
